hay i don't have the info you request(sorry) but for inspiration, heres another sit with some cool mounts, maybe a source for info and bushings...........
If its not to much trouble just some rough measurements. If you could imagine the brackets being square, I just need those measurements. Also, do you know how thick the metal is? My buddy works in a machine shop at his work so he is going to try and make a set for me.
