I am doing an AODE to T5 swap. I am about to get the AODE out of the car but I cannot get the AODE fill tube out. Any suggestions on how to do this? I have two more bolts connecting the AODE. Does it screw off? Any help is appreciated. Thanks.
if i remember correctly,the tube just slips into the tranny case.it has a o-ring at the end that prevents leaks.there should be a tab attached to the fill tube,that holds the tube in place.it is held in place by one of the bellhousing-to-block bolts on the passanger side.
remove that bolt and you should be able to slip the tube out.
