If so, I can run fuel cell vent to filler tube. Anyone know? Thanks - Mike

Yeah they are vented.

The tank has to be vented in order for fuel to drain out of it otherwise the tank would collapse. The cap is the only place outside of the car that could be vented and fuel would not leake out of.

Running to the filler tube sounds like a good idea to me as long as you get it sealed to the filler tube good.

So true. I've always wondered just how much fuel comes out of the cap when you're going on a spirited run or if you went drag racing.

Or how quickly the gas will go bad if you don't drive it much!
