Are CC Plates and Bump Stops needed?

...if I do a .75"-1.25" inch drop? Trying to go with a less extreme spring combo + lower (front of course) Cobra control arms and stock 245/45-17" tires on 17x9 Steeda wheels...

Eibach Pro Kit is ~ 1.5" drop, drives straight as before the install. Mach 1 shock/struts too.

Nope, you really only need c/c plates if you do more than a 1.5" drop. I got the pro-kit, which is a 1.5" drop, and I needed some, but the springs actually settled to where it dropped closer to 2"! You shouldn't have a problem.
