Are these exhaust tips good?

Hi, my brother has a 1996 Saleen Clone, and was looking to put some new tips on it...spruce it up a bit. He was thinking of buying Magnaflow 4" Diameter, 2.5" inlet, 18" long tips. I had em on my 98 and I thought they were just monsters. Way to big if you dont have the bumpers like the newer models hiding the side of the tip.
