Are your Global West seat brackets powder-coated?

Just got my seat brackets in the mail. On their website they are powder-coated. The ones that I got were not. Are they supposed to be just metal or all powder-coated? Thanks for looking.

Thanks for being a smart-ass, but I think I know what you are getting at. I know that powder-coating is a finish over bare metal. did you think that when I said "just metal or all powder-coated" I was assuming if they were powder-coated that they are not made out of metal?

My original question stands. The brackets I got in the mail are bare steel. Did I get ripped off because the ones they advertise on their website are bare steel that has been powder-coated?
