Paul, does your car have a 4pt roll cage or do you have the arms coming down the side making is a 6pt? I'm asking cause I'll be getting a roll cage pretty soon and I'll need one to comply with the guidelines. Where would be the best/cheapest place to get a chromoly piece?

Thanks

*edit* I just saw some pics off of your website Paul and I didn't see the door arms. That's awesome news! I also noticed that your rear bars are at a straighter angle than others I've seen. Do they meet the floor or the trunk piece?

Thanks

My bar is a 4pt, but it is not legal. It got me by for a while, but the day i ran my 12.0's I was asked not to come back until I had a legal bar in the car. Its a good possibility that my car will have a legal chrome moly bar installed in the next two months. I'm having a local chassis shop do it. Be prepared to gasp when you get quotes for chrome moly bars. I've yet to find anyone that will do it for under $1100. If you want to be legal, you need side bar(s), a rear harness bar, etc. There are specific criteria that the bar must follow in order to be legal, you may want to pick up a rule book or check with a local chassis shop.

Fak. I'm now willing to do a 6 point. That's a lot for a convertible. I was having a hard time with the 4point. We'll see how far the 'no bar' takes me.

Thanks

PS, I sent you an email, did you get it?
