On the 2010 V6 automatic shifter do your P, R, N, D, 3, 2, 1 have a back light that when the lights are on light up the letters and numbers? At night it is hard see the shifter position without shining my cell phone to it. If so, anyone have schematics for it
Mine only seems to have a little red bar that points at the letters/numbers. Can't see it in the day light at all. I don't rely on it in any event. I manually shift my auto mustang and always know mentally what gear it is in. Keep OD off unless I am on the highway or speed is above 50 mph for an extended period of time.
