Also did bbk headers, lifter, cap & rotor. All sensors and vacuum are hooked up, bought new bosch O2 sensors. Also deleted EGR, that mightve caused it too. Timing should be where it was from factory.
No head or intake upgrade? stock gears?
if I remember right that b cam works in the upper rpm range, stock heads, intake and throttle body may be running out of air flow when the cam starts to work.
Oops, kinda forgot to look back at this thread, it turned out to be the timing after all. It was my first cam swap and my dad's first time with a ford but luckily had a local fox tuner come out, chip the computer, and set the timing car runs great now and is over a second quicker than my last year's PB at the strip. Thank you all for your help
