Well I had my car back for 1 day before the motor was pulled back out.My mods are in my sig .OK heres what happened. My motor was just built everything put back together and tuned.I drive the car for a day and never once get on it at all,I pull up to a stop light and when it turns green i go and bam i hear a loud pop in my motor and then it starts making an extremely lound banging sound like i threw a rod.I pulled off the road and called a friend of mine that builds motors and the first things he said when he heard the noise was they owe you a motor but as we let if run for a while while he was checking everything out we noticed my oil pressure had never dropped and the car was running perfectly except for the lound knock. My builder pulled the motor apart this morning and found a chunk of one of the valve guides on my driver side head that broke off and was hitting the top of a piston making all of the noise. The heads are brand new ford racing PI heads so i dont know what would have caused this.
If any one has anyting they think about this let me know.Ill try to post a picture of the piston damage later on tonight.

Man, what a disappointment, spend all that money and have it crap out on you the next day. Sounds like FRPP should be footing the bill for all the work having to be done again.(good luck with that)
Keep us posted. I'll be interested to see how this turns out.

I bought the heads from a performance shop that bought them from a dealer that was getting rid of all of the ford racing stuff they had so i dont have a receipt for them.I wonder if since i work for a ford dealer if they would replace the head for me.

sounds like your shop screwed up the cam install.
