bad vibration

i recently replaced struts and shocks in my 2003 gt. now i have a vibration and my car sounds like a 4+4 going down the road. i replaced tires thinking that was problem but it still remains. PLEASE HELP!

di they get balanced? Aligment done? Sure you tightened up the Shock/struts all the way?
