Is there another reason why my front tires are gettin worn only from the inside? could a bad suspension can do this? I know that my ball joint are a bit used, because there is a little play when I'm trying to move them (in&out), but not totally worn out..

Can we only change the balljoint? or we have to change all the control arm?(hope not).

The car have 180k KM (so approx. 115k miles)

so what do you think?

My left front tire is doing the same thing. You can purchase a ball joint without the control arm from your local parts store, but looking at the control arm, my guess is that you would have to have the old joint pressed out and the new joint pressed in.

You simply have what is referred to as "toe out". In other words, your front end needs aligned.

And yes, you have to have a tool that allows you to press it out, if you'd like to change your ball joint.
Dont forget to lube it.
