Banner ads and fake virus site

Was view the 4.6 tech section and got redirected to a fake virus site. The URL was:

h t t p://91.213.157.39/index.php?q=e382470ff58d509506e71ace4303a1fd9110220

It's one of the site where the pop-up window says your PC is infected. Attempts to cancel do not work. Closing the tab is the only thing that works.
