bassani headers or LT headers???

I have a choice of getting a mid length bassani header that is ceramic coated for 640, and i have a choice of getting a long tube header by mac that is also ceramic coated for 440. I have a full bassani exhaust system with a catted x pipe. What do you think will produce more power for its cost?

Long tubes will always produce more power for the buck in terms of headers. However, Mac long tubes will not allow for transmission removal without removing the passengers side header. I caution you on this because this will become a problem if your car is still under warranty and/or your transmission fails and you have to remove it. If you dont mind this slight problem, I say go with the long tubes.

i would also like to say ...go with the longtubes...gains are proven to be up to 26hp...which is def. worth it

Long tubes, but for that price go with BBK. MAC is cool for some stuff, but I've heard too many things about their headers and if something goes wrong, that's one hell of a PITA to fix.

LONG TUBES!!! More power. If you aren't going to get long tubes, it is almost not worth going through the hastle of doing headers.
