Well really your best off buying the entire assembly from 50resto or even from ford direct. I replaced mine recently and it seemed as though there were nearly 20 sensors (not quite but seemed like it) and plugs that are attached to the cables. Its one big assembly with pos, neg, starter, 02 sensors, oil pan sensor, ect ect ect. There is so much stuff attached to it, that it would be way too much work trying to splice everything. But they cost a pretty penny. I paid right around 2 bills for the whole thing. And be prepared to be pissed off while installing. Some of the bolts that hold the cables in place are a PITA to get a wrench or socket on. good luck.

The battery cable harness only connects the following

Power to starter
Signal to starter
Battery to ground
The oxygen sensor harness is attached but can be removed seperate

I replaced my harness with 20 bucks worth of cables from a parts store.

The main harness and the power harness are not the same.
