Pcm ground connector

Im missing my connection for the pcm ground that connection the the negative battery seems to be cut off can I just splice the wires to The negative cable or do I have to Get the connector can some one help

It actually connects to chassis ground, and the battery neg together, which is critical at preventing ground loops.

Here's a repop cable, but you can replicate it as long as you connect it to both chassis and batt neg
