Shoud I be worried if the needle on my battery gauge drops one letter after it has been warmed up. It will start off on a little past the the "R" in
NORMAL, and after I have driven it awhile it will end up on "O." I have not noticed any surging and my battery (Diehard) and battery cables are almost 2 years old. There is no corrusion on the terminals or cables that I see. Anything to be concerned about? I also had my alternator checked maybe 6-9 months ago and it was OK.

Grab a volt meter and check how many volt you have while warmed up. If it's around 14 volts your good if its below 12 have the alt checked again or you may have something shorting out and drawing more power than it should.
