battery ???

my battery is going in my stang. when i replace it what battery should i buy?
are the optima red top/yellow top any better the motorcraft?

also is the dynabatt any good (only weighs 15 lbs!!!)

ive got a yellow top optima in mine, dont have any complaints about it. Had it in my 00gt for 2 years and my mach1 for about a year now and its still going strong
