I just bought one and put it on the car and started it up. Its leaking fuel out of the sides onto the valve cover. Took it off and made sure everything was ok; i installed the new O-ring and everything. Still leaked. Has anyone had experience with these? Are they prone to leaks and not working properly or is there something i'm missing here?

thanks

Huh?

This is gonna sound like a really dumb question, but what is a BBK Afpr Q? I understand it has something to do with the fuel system, is it a pressure reg, or what? Please enlighten me! Thx,

Kerry

I bought one. It didn't leak but the pressure was "frozen" at 50lbs. No matter what I did it would lower. Put stock back on pressure was fine. Finally bought a Kirban. Never a problem. BBK credited me w/o a problem.

He is talking about the BBK fuel pressure reg. For one BBK sucks, but make sure the little o-ring is not split and make sure you have it snuggly tightened to the rail.

you should have a tota of three o-rings..... two that go into the fuel rail on the prong, and one that seals around the bottom of the reg. to the little recess onthe rail itself........
