bbk long tubes

i Just got bbk long tubes with the short o/r mid pipe for my 95 gt and there are no hangers on the mid pipe. do you need hangers or will it be ok with out them? Thank you

I use hangers. I had no idea they offered one without hangers. I'm sure you can get away with out them.

You can most likely get away without the hangers, but this might put some extra strain on the bolts and joints.

You could always rig up some hangers if you are that concerned.

I have the same setup and my h-pipe did not come with hangers either. Simply bolting it to the cat-back and the headers is all the support it really needs. It also makes adjustments a little bit easier. One thing I would recommend for the headers would be to have the coated prior to installation. I bought ceramic coated BBK LTs and they are completely rusted after only a year.

Odd, mine came with hangers. Might call them to see if it was supposed to have them.

i'm pretty sure mine don't have hangers and have been fine for 7 years and no rust either.

I don't run hangers and I have extra weight on there. If you are worried you can either buy some at the parts store or take to a exhuast shop and have them weld on some.
