I am using a BBK 65mm TB and spacer, fairly good quality but seems to whistle a little.

mine doesn't whistle but part throttle modulation isn't the best. I would still recommend it though.

Two guys I know are running BBK's on their strokers, the only time I hear any whistle on their cars is if the engine is revved at idle/lower speeds and you're outside the car.

I also have a BBK 70mm TB with no spacer with a Cobra intake. It works like a charm. No complaints!

I have a 70mm BBK and it wistles... but i kind of like it... bang for the buck they are definately a good product. Accufab's machining is nice one but there really cant be much of a performance difference between the two if any...

You'll see mixed reviews (good/bad) on everything but FRPP and Accufab if you search the threads.

Ford (FRP) comes with a new TPS and I believe a new IAC. That's enough incentive to push most guys into the Ford camp.

On the flip side, the 95-99 5.0 Explorers came with a 65 MM TB. A trip to the junkyard could net you one for less than $50. The linkage needs to be modded, but that's not hard. See http://www.veryuseful.com/mustang/tech/engine/ConvertingExplorer65mmTB.pdf for modifications to adapt the 65 MM Explorer TB to a Mustang
