Awesome thread! I'll post pictures when I get my trunk back on after I buff it.

Mity, those mirrors are crucial. Your car is one of my favorites (look wise) on SN.

I think so too. I should have done it long time ago. Its subtle, yet very noticble when you look at it. Donno why Ford didn't do it right from get go. Black non folding plastic mirror belongs to Hyundai. Not on Mustang.

02Laserred, you must get yourself Cobra mirror. Makes your car look at least $2000 more in value

Or just paint the existing mirrors for less than 1/2 the cost of the cobra mirrors

My first 3 mods. I did exhaust maybe a week after I got her. A week later, it was an MGW and headlight covers for the nasty lights.

nah there is slight difference in the shape of mirror. Plus i can't see how these wrinckeld OEM is gonna comeout smooth..

Besides, its fun able to hold mirror away.
