95 Mustang GT:

Am in the process of removing my smog pump and doing my HCI swap. Been doing alot of reading/searching on what belt size to use for removing the smog pump, but I have yet to come across a recommendation of belt length when using underdrives (crank, waterpump, alt) with the smog pump removed. A/C will still be untilized.

Any help is appreciated....

Mine was 89.5" belt. If you can't find a belt that is a good fit, you can put a smaller idler pulley on it.

Smog pump removed, ASP underdrive crank pulley (part no. ASP-523500), and Gates K060868 belt (2215mm) routed like this:

The belt length in the pic (6PK2290) is what I used with the stock crank pulley.

Are you guys tensioners resting on the tensionless stop or in the range of motion like stock. I have a vortech which relocates the alternater and tensioner some, it is on the stop but the belt is tight.

I needed to remove the idler pulley and run a 6PK2025 Belt
