No smog pump, no a/c and next week, no power steering. I have stock WP, damper and alternator pulleys. Any idea what size belt I would need? The string deal didn't work well for me in the past.

String works if you have the tensioner set to where you want it to be while doing the measurment

I deleted my AC, PS and smog pump just a week ago and used a 61.5 belt. Your 60 would have worked also. What are you doing for a manual rack?? That will be my next project. Have you considered a fox rack with longer steering arms? I am having a hard time spending $400 plus for the Flaming River kit for the 94-95.

Most are pretty generic. If using Gates MicroV belt it will be K060800 or K060890.
