Bent Valve/ Rod Stuck?

The rocker 2nd from the right is at a different position than all the other ones. Is this normal or should I be concerned? Any help would be greatly appreciated..

what do you mean by different position? Is the car running poorly?

It was running like crap before I started ripping the motor apart.. The motor was struggling to stay on and it had a lot of lost power

I took the valve covers off to replace the gaskets and I noticed one rocker in a different position than all the other ones.. 7 are in a "flat position" and one is in a 30 degree angle... Im trying to post a pic having problems

Its normal for them to pivot to open the valve. Crank the motor a little and you'll see a different one doing the came thing.
