I mistakenly bought a iac valve for a built or cobra with no iac hole for the intake. It's smaller than oem . I took the hose from iac and flipped towards the front like a second exhaust intake air filter. I know it might be sucking in hot air but more air is better, right?. So far it runs real good except when I start it, the rims drop big time, slowly comes up as car several moments or if I give it some gas.
My question is is this ok with a different iac valve meant for a more performance car or can I use it without messing up anything.
After it warms up, car drives smoothly and idles normally.
