Yeah, some more details would help, but my '89 had a Ford Racing King Cobra in it. It worked great and held the power, but my car was only making horsepower in the low-mid 300 range.

Everyone is gonna have they're own opinion about this.

Heres mine
I love my Centerforce II dual friction clutch. My SSC makes well over 400rwhp. The clutch is no stiffer than the original but handles the extra power flawlessly.

It's like asking what topping on ice cream is the best...everyone is going to have their own opinions. I assume your car is near stock, so there are some nice and affordable options out there. Centerforce and King Cobra's are both nice clutches. I have a SPEC stage 3.

306 with ford gt40 aluminum heads, big cam, edelbrock intake, shorty headers, flowmasters

4.10 gears, hd clutch, tremec transmission

I've looked into the centerforce and Ram clutch packages... who makes king cobra?
