I run the Kirban, and I made my choice because everyone swears by them, and so do I.

Does the kirban model have an extra port for a fuel pressure guage input?

No, fuel pressure is measured through your schreder valve. It looks like a valve stem on you fuel pressure line.

I plan on getting an electronic fuel pressure guage and would prefer to install the sending unit on the fpr instead ofthe schrader vavle. One less wire strung across my engine bay. It looks like Kirban is not an option for me. I'm leaning towards Aeromotive but I hate that gay pinkish red color. Owe well.

Thanks for all the info, keep it coming.

Aeromotive FPR's have had problems in the past with Gasahol (gasoline /ethanol blend) , it makes them leak. If there is Gasahol in your area avoid the Aeromotive product.

I don't really care for bbk stuff, but I had the bbk regulator on my old motor. I used the same setup that you are thinking about with the electric fuel pressure gauge. I was able to attach the sender unit to the regulator with a small extension. I used the extension because I had a little bit of a clearance issue with something or another, can't remember what. It helped me out with not tying up the schraeder valve, because I was running a nitrous kit that used that valve for the hobbs switch. It's blue, so you won't have to worry about gay colors, lol.

I have the BBK. Now I know that alot of people do not care for the BBK stuff but I really have had no problems with it to date. It does have the port as you have seen WarmDye for the gauge, but I may consider the Auro. one if they have no problems.
Let me know when you are going to do this.

I had a Kirban; it wouldn’t hold a constant pressure. I bought an Aeromotive and have no problems now. (in all fairness it was a used Kirban )But it still went bad.

Kirban all the way. Got mine for $75 shipped from www.jdsperformance.com

Scrhader valve is right behind the alternator. It looks like a tire valve on the metal fuel line
