best lowering springs?...

my friend just bought a 06GT and he wants to lower it, so i am asking for him what are the springs of choice for most of you 05+ GT's...thanks.

the roush springs lower and retain great ride look into them

i thank you, the springs roush has work great with the tuned struts and sway bars also. but the springs alone make a huge diff.

i'd go with ground force. i used them and they ride better than factory and that's with 20" wheels.

I truely don't see how you can go wrong with 1 of the big 4 out there. FRPP(Ford Racing Performance Parts), Roush, Steeda or Saleen. They ALL race what they sell!!!!!

Are dampeners required after a spring install? Or can you get away with running the stockers.

Eibach Pro-kit!!!!

I'd also get an adjustable panhard bar and Camber kit...from experience.

Vortgland is good also. About 1.2" drop + a nice ride as well. Was told they make them for Steeda and a few others as well. Can be had for under $200 shipped.

yep, vogtlands ride very nice. they make springs for many racing groups, like NASCAR, for one.
