Hello everyone, I recently bought an SVE throttlebody just as a cheap replacement for my stock one but I noticed the throttlebody return spring is so much stiffer and I’m not a huge fan of it. Is there a way I can take my stock spring from my OEM throttlebody and put it on the SVE because I noticed on the SVE there’s a bolt in which I can take it apart but not on my stock one what do I do?

Send that POS back and get an Explorer 65mm throttle body and do this:

If you can source one locally check www.car-part.com as most salvage yards will ship.
What this gentlemen stated is spot on. Explorer TB's work great, ran one for several years.

Another alternative is to buy an Accufab TB. You will not be disappointed. They are a work of art, but they aren't cheap. You get what you pay for.

SVE TB's are junk.
