I don't think you can go wrong either way. I have never seen a bad product from CDC. They make top notch stuff, but webelectric came out with theirs first and I had to have them. I've had the webelectric sequentials on my '05 since March of that year with no problems whatsoever. I think they're a little cheaper too, if you're willing to mail them your original harness.

M&M Electronics

I orderd a set from this vendor for $65 last week. It looks like they require some splicing for the early 05 wiring set up, not really a problem for me. I hope to get them this week and install them this weekend is the weather cooperates. I'll let you know what I think when I get the install finished.

CDC if it was me. Mine have worked perfectly and took all of 30 minutes to change out.

CDC here and I love the fact that I could keep my factory harness should a problem arise. Troublefree since 9/06!

WebElectric Products has the best sequentials hands down. They use factory oem harnesses and chrome sockets and the CORRECT grommet.
There was a few threads on a couple sites about the cdc sequentials failing.

We all know the issues with the CDC's failing was around an old batch and certain changes when the cars went from 05 to 06 there was some change that CDC has adjusted for now.

And I don't know what different grommet you're talking about but the ones on my sequentials were tight as a drum.

I ordered a set of Web Electronic Products sequential tail lights on Wednesday night. I got a confirmation within an hour that they would ship the next day. The next day I got an email that they were shipped and they arrived today, Friday. That's 2 days from when I ordered them till they arrived. They are true 'plug and play'. It took all of 1 hour from opening the package to having it buttoned up. They look fantastic and the quality of the harness assembly including the grommet is as good as a factory setup.

I'm a happy camper

I got mine from GT Concepts, they installed in 20 minutes and work great.

This guy also sells a floescent trunk light kit that is cheap and puts an amazing amount of light in that dark trunk. Installed in 15 minutes.

After spending 3 hours to cut, splice, and re-tape sequentials in my 2003 Mach 1 several years ago (www.sequentialtaillights.com), I was very pleased to get a set of CDC's plug'n'play sequentials for my 2007 GT last year. 15 minutes to install.

Had absolutely NO troubles of any kind with either set of sequentials. The one thing I liked better about the ones in my Mach 1 was that they were adjustable (cycles per minute). The CDC pnp is not adjustable, but flashes at a decent speed.

Tons of compliments from everyone who has seen them. Why Ford doesn't install these from the factory baffles me. Let's see, they were standard from Ford in the 1964-1966 Thunderbirds, 1st generation Mercury Cougars, and 1968 Mustang GT California Specials (and I believe the '68 High Country Specials, as well?). So the technology has been around for 4 decades or more.

Sweet!! I just ordered the blue trunk light myself!! A couple of weeks ago, I put a grey fleece jacket in my trunk. The next day, I went to get it out, didn't see it, and assumed I lost it. The trunk is just too dark!

I love my CDC sequentials...that was my first mod. My '72 Cougar had sequential tailights too....dunno what generation that would be considered. And yes, Brian, you're right, I know a guy with a High Country Special, and it has sequentials too.

Yeah the blue looks good, I thought about red to go with my car color and decided it would't look too good. It was a well spent $29.00.
