Best upgrades for Cobra brakes?

go slotted stay away from drilled unless you are autocrossing as they eat the hell outta pads quickly.....ceramic pads if I remember correctly are not good for the street as they have a longer warm up time and can at times be dangerous especially in colder climates......correct me if I am wrong

Use Hawk HP on the Street
Use Hawk HP Plus for Autocross/Begining Track Days
Use Hawk Blacks for Intermediate Track Days with and extra set of rotors
Use Hawk Blues for all out racing or advanced track days

Stainless Lines and Speed Bleeders are the best start.

Slotted rotors are fine, stay away from drilled rotors completely. Get the Brembo rotors from Tirerack

Get braided lower flex lines for your frt. Unreal differance in pedal feel and piece of mind because the was a recall for early cars where the hose blew out of the fitting. Plus it is pretty cheap.

Running Brembo Slotted Rotors and SBS Pads and I can assure you this is the BEST mod I have ever done to the car!

I run over here in Germany where the Autobahn speeds are way higher than in the US of A, and with the stock pads the car was good for like 2-3 stops and then it was scary. Now, the car just stops over and over and over again and best of all, the hotter they get the better the will grab. The initial bite is off the scale and they will pull your eyes off the socket. The feel is great even under panic stops. They may make a bit of noise when its cold out side but for like the initial 5 minutes and dust is about stock.

They are pricely, but you pay for what you get at about $130-140 a set.
