So i might buy a 1989 F-250 from my Grandfather it is a 460 and five speed truck. And from what i have read the heads on this year of truck are kind of like a cork. So my question is what could i do to make the truck pull my mustang a little better. I have found a set of Factory ford DOVE-C heads but not sure if they will fit on a fuel injected truck and i allready plan on putting headers on and deleting the air pump we have no emisions check here, was also thinking of going carb with a small different intake and also this will be my daily driver thanks for help if you guys have any. Even though it is about a truck. Let me know what you guys think.
