i used a lokar,it's braided not billet.it fits nice and is flexible.a buddy also used on his 95gt with bbk shorties before he went lts and it fit nice around both sets.
Do you have a link? I really need to buy one, as I was not able to bolt the stock one back down after I installed the Shorties... It just rests on the MC, and I never check it.
