Bilstein Shock Installation

What should I do to keep the shock rod from turning? There is no recess or anything at the top to put a wrench on or a torx or anything like that.

Do you have a neighbor or friend that has one?It will take longer for the compressor to fill the tank then it will to zip the nuts down with a impact.

Guys, I swear the sun has fried my brain because of all the sun I've gotten the past week.

There's a hex key recess at the top of the shock.
