Lately when I start up my Stang, I have noticed a black smut on my carport coming from my tailpipes. I have been told that this is normal for older cars (1968) but I want some opinion from this group. Any suggestion?
Having no choke or cross over in the manifold I warm up in front of the garage doors: nice black spots to wash down often... For my part that's normal and an indication that I'm doing my part to **** up the environtment.
