The paint looked good I will admit, but the seam sealer was coming out of the bottom of the doors, few spots on the roof were showing where the wiring for the light bar and the antenna hole, rear bumper cover was warped, front bumper cover warped and header panel cracked from when I hit a deer, seam sealer had came loose from a few other areas when we got it torn apart, so it turned out to be a good thing I tore it down, this car is completely rust free, prob would not have been the case once all that seam sealer came loose. Plus once we started sanding this car had been painted 3 different times, the new paint will definitely be a plus when we get it done. We base/cleared under the hood already and put the car on a lift rack, masked evetything underneath off and painted the bottom with dupont chasis black paint.
