Block bolt pattern

Hello,

I am new here and have a question I hope you can help with. I just purchased a nice ski boat with 351w in that has a cracked block. I want to put in a roller motor and fit it with all the marine parts.
The Question:
The motor that came out is a 1987 351W, will the newer 1995-2005 4.6 engine bolt pattern fit my existing bellhousing??

Short answer is that a 351W and 4.6 modular have different transmission bolt patterns and will not interchange.

Are you aware of the changes that need to done to use a car motor for a marine application?
