I know the feeling, drove the II for the first time in seven months two weekends ago. It was all I could do to keep from shredding the rear tires because it felt so good to be out on the road in it again, driving something I actually have control of with no electronic nannies like ETC, ABS, Advancetrac, or EPAS.

I need to get new back tires, my drivers leather seat reupholstered and my imrc valves cleaned and timing chain replaced and I'll be very happy with my old car. Maybe cut back 2 cats off
