Also, befriend a good mechanic/machinist, and buy him a 6-pack you will need his advice, cuz no matter how much people on here will willingly help you, there's nothing like an actual mechanic staring at your work to point out where you went wrong or what to do next When I blew a head gasket, I had one of the mechanics from the local dealership fix it on the side, at his house. He planed the heads, cleaned em and cleaned and oiled the valves, and did EVERYTHING along with extra seals and timing guides, for labor of $300. (im almost sure thats cheap labor, i hope it was )
