Blown tranny; syncro ?

i blew third gear out of my tranny... Third gear almost alll of th teeth were broke off of tehgear and most of teh teeth off of the matching gear on the countershaft cluster was missin. So found a used tranny for 200 bucks put it in and the second gear syncro was bad ... i plan on dropin it again in a few weeks and i was wonder yall opinion on what i should do... i can make one good tranny outo of the two, or i was wonderin if there is a better aftermarket syncro for the T-5?... i know the world class had like carbon-fiber syncros are they interchangable with STD T-5s? I know teh T-5s are not teh strongest trannys but i dont have the cash to put in a Tremec. THanks
