I also see you've created accounts within the last 24 hours to try to save face. Obviously if I was the only one with a problem, you wouldn't be so concerned.

Why don't you guys meet at recess behind the monkey bars or just go back to the rest of the kindergarden glass for nap time.
1. You jacked this guys thread
2. For the buyer give it up dude. You are totally at fault. Why do you want to try and drag a company down on all these websites when its your fault. Warranty, warranty warranty.
3. For the seller, you just lost a lot of respect for having to join a forum and defend yourself and arguing like 5 year old. I would have still made future orders from you regardless of what I may read here because I know first hand of your products, lol, but there is no way I would order now. I'll stick with companies that doesn't stoop to where you just did.

bubba-dough - let me get this straight. Because I posted one message that said "Also, Customer bought headlights sidemarkers and fog lights for $205 it is nice to see how he manipulates his words to make things sound better. Please see all the responses at SVTperformance.com" you would never buy from us again?

So what you are saying is if a supplier trys to defend his point just one time, you wont buy from them?

It's been well over a year, since we tried to get a group buy on smoked headlights from BOI, the discount offered was an insult. I bought a competitor's smoked headlights/corners off of ebay for less than the group buy offer. They look like they were reproduced from the exact same chinese plant. A friend of mine bought the BOI ones.

First thing I did was seal them up good with silicone. All the way around, didn't matter if it appeared it needed it or not. I hit every seam. I've had them on my car for quite some time now. Way past any warranty. They look great still today.

So no matter who you buy from. Seal them up!

I really want to look at this from an objective point of view.

But arguing with a customer (again) is not good practice. I'm trying to save you some business here.

Take it to PMs if you really feel the need to defend yourself on this one. You will no doubt turn off a lot of buyers if this is how you deal with one when there is a problem.

Thank goodness I'm not a mod. If I was, I would not lock this thread. I would delete it .... and let FordStang try to start another thread without it getting jacked. I tried to give my feedback FordStang, and so did a few others, so hopefully that helped. I'm sure the bickering and business in the other posts did not.

BTW, if you're still considering them .... I've attached this pic for you .... this is just after I intalled them (before I adjusted them).

The intent was not to jack your thread on my part FordStang, I appologize, I was just attempting to make you aware of my situation so that you had some feedback. Please post any other concerns regarding my issue in the thread that I started for it.

WOW!! Those look sweet. I can't wait to order a set for me. I ordered them a few weeks ago but they were back ordered, so I used the money for something else.

BTW: How do you go about resealing them???

I didn't reseal mine. Had no problems.

I'm sure it wouldn't hurt to seal them, though.

Stick to places like CJponyparts.com and you won't get burned.

I just ran it around the outside.... any crack was filled.... and even where there wasn't a crack, I still covered the seam. Didn't take anything apart.
