My dealer lists them as a fleet item only. They are available after the sale to anyone. But according to all I can find anywhere, regular production cars do not get them and you can't order them. Interesting.

These moldings are a factory option on Canadian cars and you can order them. Goto http://www.ford.ca and build a 2005 Mustang and you will see that. I do not know about US cars though.
