bogging?

I have a 88 mustang lx with the 5.0 it has a rebuilt motor nothing major bored thirty over car ran beautiful up until recently. The car seems to bog in the lower rpms, takes longer to get out of gears jus not as fast. I have had alot of prblems with vacum but i thought i had it all good this time. Im not sure what the problem is all i know is there is one. I have alot of questions about car help would be much appreciated..
