Ok well I have to say I am amazed at how light the pulleys were. And they went in quickly with no problems except finding the correct belt size but took car of that too and car drives really well. No charging issues or cooling issues and the car doesnt keep traction in first on the street anymore at WOT and pulls better up top.

good job.for those of us who might be considering the BOI underdrive pulley's,what was the part number for the belt you used?or if you dont have that, what was the length?

keeping in mind that I deleted the air pump. With stock pulleys belt p/n was 905k6 drive rite and with the aluminum underdrives from BOI its 895K6 drive rite belt. So yea, though I just used the 895k6 p/n to cross reference to the dayco top cog (Better quality belt same exact size) belt. So yeah those are the p/n belts for stock pulleys with no air pump and BOI underdrives with no air pump.

Installed my Under drive pulleys then remembered that the belt was too big by 1/2" or SO.

I found out that its easier to install them if you remove the ccrm and rad overflow bottle.

I have seen any smoke lately. lol
