where on gods green earth can i find some 5/16 7" hardened bolts. I need them to finish installing my cobra upper intake manifold, i've tried everywhere i know and i can't find them damnit. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

www.stangparts.com they always got hard to find stang parts

I needed those two exact bolts and couldn't find them anywhere until I went to Lowe's. Home Depot only went to 6" but Lowe's went to 7". Happy hunting!

18mustangs says Lowes goes to 7", so there or I usually have to go to the local farm supply store for some long bolts like that. BTW, you probably don't need any special grade of bolts...grade 5 would probably be sufficient since they only get torqued to like 17-26 lb's anyway. Just my opinion though.

It is a low strenght /low stress application, just use some threaded rod & cut to fit.

This is exactly what i did when i put my 1" phenolic spacer on. Works perfect.
