Borla Stingers?

What are Borla Stingers? Mufflers, tips, or what?

It is a catback.

the normal catback uses their turbo mufflers.

The "stinger" catback uses round mufflers that are based on thier XR-1 line I do belive. you would have to call them to verify that. that is just my assumption having looked at thier muffler line. they make round xr-1 mufflers in that size.

Borla Stingers sound awesome on the 4V, haven't heard them on the 2V yet.

how's the drone if there's any at all?

The drone (not too bad) seems to mainly be @ 2,000 - 2,200 RPM. I went to 4.10 gears so I'm above that on the highway where I do most of my driving.

I have XR1's and they drone a little bit, but not as bad as my old flowmaster 40's. Honestly though, on the inside of the car, the exhaust sound is very similiar between the two mufflers - not what I expected. On the outside, it's much different.
