So I found this one last night on Craigslist and drove it home this afternoon, I have a few odds and ends to mess with but the car is crazy clean.
1988 Mustang LX
5.0 with T5
Near bone stock, CD player and alarm
Arizona Title
2 owner car
90,321 miles
Not a speck of rust anywhere
Dent in door and hood thats going to be addressd

Was thinking of you when I saw it. Red dash and carpet, white seats and top, red/white doors.

It feels weird to drive a stock one again though, totally different from my stiff and loud 89!

Congrats Dave. That is a nice LX vert. Nothing wrong with a stock one, I love my stock LX. Do you still have the '89? I'm sure the car is in good hands now. What are your plans?

I still have the 89, I park it in front of my shop on nice days and many people have commented on how they would like to buy it. I don't care to sell it so I plan to make this convertable perfect and put it out front!

I have looked at a number of 5.0's latley and have noticed they are fetching good money for nice cars, and there are alot of rotted out ones in this area. This one should be a home run for me.
