Anyone have any suggestion on how I can reduce the bouncyness of my ride (see sign for suspension parts)? Can the shocks be adjusted? Is there anything else that I can do to make the ride a little bit less bouncy?

bouncy is due to springs or shocks being bad usually.

Its the shocks. I use to run cheap the cheapy shocks you get from Mustang's plus with their grab a trac kits and the car was always bouncey. Upgrading to the slightly more expensive KYB gas adjusts took care of the problem. Used to feel like a 63 impala with Dr Dre driving when I went over rail road tracks (like the front end was going to come right off the ground)

You also aren't doing yourself any favor with 750 front springs

General rule of thumb, as you increase spring rate, you have to increase dampening.

This is a typical problem for the HP challenged imports that cut their springs and keep the stock struts and shocks. Cutting the springs increases spring rate. The stock struts and shocks are unable to compensate for the increased compression/decompression forces necessary to control the suspension. Hence the freeway bounce.

Increasing the spring rate on the Mustang beyond what the dampening rating is for the shock will have the same effect.

750s are a pretty heavy race spring. You could drop to a softer spring rate (~600) and be fine. I don't have experience with the Grab-A-Track shocks. I've run KYBs, Tokiko's, and Koni's. I'm sure the Koni's can handle the 750 springs. Not sure about the KYBs but it is a good chance they will since they are a gas pressurized shock.

Oh yeah, you'd proably lose some teeth on the street. You'll have to crank them pretty tight.

KYBs are a firm shock as-is. I would not recommend them for a 750# spring, I used to have that setup. Not much fun for a daily driver, but awesome for a corner carver.

Actually, I'm going to have to say that the Kyb's are not actually "firm", rather they are "harsh". They're actually a pretty soft shock/strut. You really can't go wrong with the adjustable Koni's, especially if you get double adjustable ones.
