I've been thinking about doing my brake for the past few month. And this is what I'm thinking

Get this and this from GEF Racing for around $250. Then get this badboy from RPM outlet to match with Caliper from GEF racing. Thats essentialy same as Baer claw kits that are sold for almost $749 from rpmoutlet minus the fancy "BAER" printing on caliper, right?

and if this combo works, then match rear with this

do u guys think this would work???

Quick question. Are you going with drilled/slotted for looks or to try and better performance?

haha, its all good. i'd do the same thing ig i could afford it. Why do you go ahead and get the bullitt calipers for the rear as well and match it all up with the bigger cobra/mach1/bullitt sized rotors out back as well. That i think would be a good combo and look great too.

Im a broke ass college student, so all i'm doing is the 13" brembo rotors up front with Bullitt calipers and painting the rear calipers red to match. Should still imprive braking and looks good as well

I'm still thinking what to do about rear.
I truely beleve that front is more inportant then the rear, and I'm still considering doing those eradispeed 13" kit(one with relocation braket for the caliper) for the rear. But i hear they look stupid.
Cobra/Mach/bullitt caliper is still possiblity. But don't I have to take axle out to install them? I don't want to do that....

arent the Bullitt Calipers for use w/ 13" rotors? If they are, and those rotors are "Direct OE Replacement" for GT's, then they're only 11", no? They dont really specify what model Mustang, only says 94-04, which leads me to believe they mean GTs. Just an observation, I could be wrong

EDIT: it does say Cobra at the top of the page, so they might be 13" rotors. I didnt see that before

Helty, check the RPM outlet link adress. Rear is for GT, and front disc is for 03Cobra. I checked partnumber too. I made sure of that befor I added total price.

Damn it won't be funny after I order all this, and I order wrong disc....

Those rotors have a 3yr warranty against cracking/warping too. I know everyone gets soo butt-sore about drilled rotors cracking. I think they'll look hawt!

stfu, you know what I meant Most cross-drilled/slotted rotors dont offer any warranty, at least these have something. Now go take a road trip to New Jersey and get some fresh air.

oh, and ship some lager down this way while you're out.

I would look at brembo rotors I think if you are interested in looks just because you can get them off ebay. brembo actually sells to oem's so you know they are quality.

what I would get.

cobra front rotors of choice, calipure brakets, front stainless line kit, bullit front calipures, rear rotors, autozone red powercoat calipures, new oem pads or ceramic pads all the way around.

not that there is anything wrong with the baer rotors they are just on the spendy side. you will have almost $100 a rotor. I think you can get the brembo's on ebay for around $75 a rotor. something to consider. i would also just get plain rotors that are zinc coated if possible. then you don't really need to worry about warpage at all and they will still look nice.

does rpm outlet have free shipping?

I always just kind of cotact the sellers with good feedback outside the box so to speak. ask them how much for 2 front cobra rotors and two rear gt rotors. they don't have to pay fee's if they just sell them to you. sometimes you can get better deals.

If you ask me baer is a rip off. They are just selling cobra pbr brakes, rotors and ss lines.

PBR Calipers, Pads, Mounting Brackets $200
Brembo Rotors $150
Brake lines $50
